There are no shortcuts to making great coffee. It involves many sleepless nights and commitment to detail each and everytime. Our baristas are constantly scheming on how their next cup of coffe can be better than their last. We don't work to standards, we hold ourselves to our own standards.

OUR YUNNAN PROJECT

We are where we are today in no small part to the 25 Yunnan farmers we have worked with over the last four years. As the largest buyer of specialty beans in Yunnan, it’d be fair to say we are setting the standard for specialty coffee for the region—from our guidelines around 100% red cherry picking to Seesaw’s processing methods, washed, honey, and natural. We are almost halfway through a ten-year project to transform Yunnan into the world’s next major specialty coffee region.
